About CourtBoard
Last updated 22 August 2026
CourtBoard replaces the paper roznama and the personal diary with a shared office record of every case, hearing and next date — built around the way courts in Gujarat actually run.
Who makes it
CourtBoard is published by Flickmax Private Limited, Disa, Gujarat. It was built hand in hand with a practising law office in Gujarat, and it began as the tool that office needed: a way for an advocate standing in a corridor between hearings, on a phone, with no usable network inside the court building, to know what is listed today and to record what happened before walking into the next courtroom.
That office has run its live matters on CourtBoard every working day since it was written. What we sell is the same software our first customer depends on.
Why it is different
- Built for Gujarat, not adapted to it. All 34 districts and 204 courts are pre-loaded; civil and criminal stage vocabulary is seeded; the interface is Gujarati-first.
- Offline-first. The place the app is most needed is the one place without a network, so it works there and syncs later.
- Nothing goes dark. A nightly sweep flags every running case whose hearing has passed without a next date — the failure a paper diary cannot catch.
- Real office roles. Owner, advocate, clerk, junior and accountant see what their job needs, and fees stay invisible to roles that should not see them.
