Refund & cancellation policy

Last updated 22 August 2026

This page sets out how cancellation and refunds work for CourtBoard subscriptions. It forms part of our terms of service.

Free trial

Every new office gets 14 days of the full product free, with no payment details collected. If you do nothing at the end of the trial, access simply stops — nothing is charged.

Refunds

How and when refunds are paid

Subscriptions are sold by Google Play and the App Store, so refunds are issued by them, to the original payment method, under their own policies — we cannot credit a card ourselves.

The fastest route is to ask the store directly: on Android through Google Play → Order history, and on iPhone at reportaproblem.apple.com. If the store declines and you believe the case falls under this policy, write to us and we will take it up on your behalf; where Google Play allows us to issue the refund ourselves, we will. Stores typically credit within 5–7 working days, and banks occasionally take longer to show it.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, the store retries it for a few days and the app keeps working in the meantime. If the payment still fails, access pauses until it is settled — no late fee, no penalty.

Questions or disputes

E-mail support@flickmax.com with your office name and the store order number. We reply within two working days. Disputes are governed by the laws of India with courts at Deesa, Banaskantha, Gujarat having jurisdiction.
